	GEETA IYENGAR VISITS SOUTH AFRICA 2011

We are delighted to officially announce that Geeta Iyengar will conduct a workshop in Johannesburg and give a public lecture one evening when she visits our country in May 2011.

A committee has been set up to organise this workshop and, currently, all aspects relating to this workshop are being addressed and are in their formative stages.

We would like to thank those of you who took the time to complete the 'Intention To Attend' form that was recently posted on this page. Your intentions have been noted and have been helpful!

We would like to present below preliminary information that may assist your forward planning for 2011. In the very near future, more information will be made available and the Convention Registration Form posted here.

Public Lecture	Friday 6 May 2011	Open to all members of the Public
Convention Saturday 7 to Wednesday 11 May 2011	Saturday 7 May 2011	OPEN DAY One day of Iyengar Yoga instruction open to students of yoga who have a minimum of 1 years yoga practice - regardless of school of yoga.
	Sunday 8 May - Wednesday 11 May 2011	WORKSHOP Four days of Iyengar instruction open only to Iyengar Yoga Practitioners who have a minimum of two years of Iyengar yoga experience and/or with the approval of a certificated Iyengar teacher.
